PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT Our products ship in packing materials designed to protect the product during shipment. Unfortunately, damage may still occur on occasion. If merchandise arrives damaged:

  • REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.
  • If you accept the package:
    1. Make sure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for Daycad to file a damage claim.
    2. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing
    3. Notify Daycad immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you fail to notify Daycad of shipping damage within the first (FIVE) 5 days of arrival, our regular return policies will override any claim of damage caused in shipment, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS Daycad offers a Fifteen (15) DAYS RETURN POLICY and a 25% restocking fee on product ordered in error.   Please see “Easy Return Procedure” listed below.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS All claims for defective product must be made directly with the manufacturer. If we can assist with locating manufacturer contact information, please call customer service at 937-885-3550.

SHIPMENT ERRORS If you receive the wrong product or the wrong quantity due to Daycad’s error, Please make your claim within Fifteen (15) days of the invoice date by calling our customer service department at 937-885-3550. Please see “Easy Return Procedure” listed below.

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY Daycad is not responsible for product compatibility problems. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

EASY RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Please call 937-885-3550 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Daycad within 15 days of the invoice date. Please have the following information available:  customer name; invoice number; and, reason for return.  Once your return has been authorized, we will email you the RMA# along with specific return instructions. The RMA number is valid for a period of 10 days. Open-item returns, returns received without a valid RMA #, or returns received more than 10 days after the RMA issue date will be refused. RMA #’s cannot be extended or re-issued.
  2. When you receive your RMA #, you will also receive an address to where your package MUST be returned. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process.  All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  3. Pack the item you are returning within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage. We recommend you insure your return shipment against loss or damage, and use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that can provide proof of delivery. You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and any damages in transit.
  4. Prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. Note: Do not write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces.
  5. Your refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and accepted.Shipping charges are not refundable.
